Resilience is not something we are born with or without. Resilience is a set of skills that can be sharpened with practice and support.

My Approach
I am a seasoned clinical social worker and board-approved supervisor (LCSW-QS) with over 20 years of experience working in the mental health field. I draw upon my professional training and education as well as my lived experience and developed intuition to provide individualized compassionate and effective care when you need it the most.
I specialize in treating complex stress and trauma, as well as anxiety, depression, and chronic illness through the use of evidence based practices and complimentary somatic therapies.

My therapeutic approach includes EFT tapping, breath work, and mindfulness principles in conjunction with cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectic-skills training, and narrative techniques. These practices honor the mind-body-soul connection and work to calm the nervous system creating a safe and supportive space where you can unpack whatever may be weighing you down.
